Return and Exchange policy
The HP Home & Home Office Store ("HP Home Store") will accept product returns
and exchanges up to 21 days after delivery, except on opened, boxed software and excluding gift cards except where required by law.

Credit for returns and exchanges will not be issued until
the HP Home & Home Office Store confirms receipt of the merchandise.
Use the following procedure to arrange a return or exchange.
To Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1
Obtain a return authorization number by calling (888) 917-8089, option 4.*
This number is required for all returns and exchanges. We will arrange
a convenient method of return.
Step 2
Prepare your package for return.
Replace the product in its original packaging
Include all items that were originally in the product box
Remove (or cover) any original shipping labels
On the outside of the package, write in bold letters: "RMA #"—your
return authorization number
*Televisions hava a separate returns processs.

Important Note
If you return a product without using this process, your credit
or exchange will be delayed or denied pending proof of delivery to our warehouse.
