Final entries must be received by Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Limit one entry per e-mail address, either e-mail or street (mail-in) per day. Important change of address notice: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify hpshopping.com in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail address by writing to hpshopping.com, 1501 Page Mill, Building 5 Upper, m/s 1402, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Requests must include entrant's first and last names (as provided on the original online entry form), old e-mail address and new e-mail address.
No purchase or payment necessary to enter. The sweepstakes begins September 23, 2005, and ends November 5, 2005. Six Grand Prize winners will be drawn during the months of October and November. The six Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the sweepstake's duration under the supervision of hpshopping.com. Drawings will be conducted on October 3, October 10, October 17, October 24, October 31 and November 14, 2005 from all entries (including mail-in) received. The final drawing taking place on November 14, 2005 will allow for the inclusion of all timely postmarked mail-in entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the date given above and submitted in accordance with the rules. The winners will be notified by InSync Marketing via e-mail, regular mail or by phone. Once an attempt to notify has been made by any of the above notification methods, the winner has seven (7) days in which to respond to InSync Marketing confirming their winning status by supplying a mailing address in writing. If InSync receives no response, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Entrants may request a list of the sweepstakes winners to be sent to them via U.S. mail. Requests must be made to hpshopping.com no later than November 11, 2005.
To enter by mail, type or hand print your name, address, e-mail address and day-time phone number on a postcard or a 3 x 5 card only, no envelopes will be processed. Mail it to: Don't Walk. Final mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 5, 2005 and received by November 11, 2005. Mail-in entries received throughout the sweepstake's duration will be included in the weekly drawings. All entries become the exclusive property of hpshopping.com and Hewlett-Packard Company, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by InSync Marketing and/or hpshopping.com.
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States, who are 18 years of age or over, except employees and their immediate families of hpshopping.com or Hewlett-Packard Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and its advertising and promotion agencies. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099 federal tax form will be sent to the winner to be used in figuring their 2005 federal tax return.

Entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If a potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, a potential winner may be requested to provide hpshopping.com with proof that a potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. If for any reason the online portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of hpshopping.com that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes hpshopping.com reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.
