Promotional Period: Sweepstakes begins at 4:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on October 29, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 3, 2008 (“Promotional Period”). All entries must be received and recorded by the Sponsor’s computer during the Promotional Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the sweepstakes.
To Enter: Visit HP's CARRY THE WORLD IN YOUR HAND SWEEPSTAKES(“Website”) during the Promotional Period to and follow the online instructions to register and enter the sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address/household. Any attempt to submit more than the maximum number of entries using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void that participant’s entries. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. No other forms of entry are valid other than those set forth above. All entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries.
Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held, on or about December 12, 2008, from among all eligible entries received prior to end of the Promotional Period by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail/email, overnight mail and/or phone on or about December 16, 2008, and will receive their prize via mail. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
